Our patient portal provides you with a convenient way of communicating with us. Using our secure patient portal you will be able to make appointments, review your lab results and request for medication refills. Please contact our office to request an email that will contain your access credentials to the portal.
Prescriptions
Prescription refills will be handled only during regular office hours. Please have your pharmacy call us with the information either directly, by fax or send it to us electronically. For ongoing prescriptions, please alert us or your pharmacist a few days prior to running out to prevent a lapse in your medication. We usually require 72 hours notice to process your prescription request.
